Registration for the 2017 Windham Turkey Trot will open in early September.  Please come back then.

COST​​The cost to participate in the Turkey Trot is a monetary donation; the amount is up to you. 100% of your donation will go to charity. Event expenses are covered by our generous sponsors. Our donations in the past have ranged from $5.00 to $500.00. 

The time frame to order shirts closed Sunday, November 13th. The shirts actually go to the presses November 15th. We still hope you'll join us though!

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Our goal is to have the Turkey Trot be as "smooth trotting" as possible for you and your family, so here are several registration options:

1) PRE-REGISTRATION TO RESERVE A T-SHIRT -
Until Sunday 11/13/16 - CLOSED FOR ORDERING SHIRTS.

2) PRE-REGISTRATION CONTINUES - UNTIL Wednesday, 11/23/16

Even though t-shirts cannot be reserved after 11/13/16, many trotters enjoy being able to register and make their donation prior to Thanksgiving. It lets them skip the whole line thing that morning, and spend that time instead mingling with friends and neighbors. The registration button is at the bottom of this page


3) DAY OF REGISTRATION

You are always welcome to come Thanksgiving morning, register, donate whatever you are comfortable with and trot with us. However, if you like to spend less time in line ....


There is a registration form you will need to complete. Click HERE to print a copy of the form so you can fill in ahead of time. Heck, if you are making your donation by check (vs. cash) you can write that out ahead of time too!


Please make your check out to Windham Turkey Trot and put the name of the charity you want the money to go to in the memo field.


Your charity choices are: ​... Shepherd's Pantry ... Windham Helping Hands ... Family Promise of Greater Rockingham County

... No Preference (100% of your donation will still go to charity)


Cash donations will be divided evenly among the three organizations.


EMPLOYER MATCHING FUNDS If your employer offers matching funds for your donation, please bring the form with you Thanksgiving morning. We'll be more than happy to send it along to the charity of your choice.
