IMPORTANT: Dogs are not allowed at the Turkey Trot. ​ This is a rule from our event insurer.​

The Windham Turkey Trot is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization

​​​​​​​COST
​​The cost to participate in the Turkey Trot is a monetary donation; the amount is up to you. You also choose which local charity you want your contribution to go to. Our donations in the past have ranged from $10.00 to $1,000.00. Event expenses are covered by our generous sponsors.

If you would like a long-sleeved t-shirt, the cost is a minimum donation of $20 per shirt for the first 400 shirts reserved; after that the cost is $25 per shirt. (Remember, your money is going to wonderful local charities. :-)

Note: As of 10/28/17 the minimum donation per shirt is $25.

​REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Our goal is to have the Turkey Trot be as enjoyable as possible for you, so there are several registration options:

1) PRE-REGISTRATION TO RESERVE A T-SHIRT - This is no longer an option.

2) PRE-REGISTRATION CONTINUES
 
Until Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017


Even though t-shirts cannot be reserved after 11/12/17, many trotters enjoy being able to register and make their donation prior to Thanksgiving. It lets them skip the line that morning, and spend time instead mingling with friends and neighbors.

3) DAY OF REGISTRATION

You are always welcome to come Thanksgiving morning, register, donate whatever you are comfortable with and trot with us. If you would like to spend less time in line ....


There is a registration form you will need to complete. Click HEREto print a copy of the form so you can fill it in at home. If you are making your donation by check (vs. cash) you can write that out ahead of time too. You'll just drop your paperwork and donation off without having to wait.


Please make your check out to Windham Turkey Trot and put the name of the charity you want your donation to go to in the memo field.


Your charity choices are: ​

 ... No Preference (This money will be shared among the charities.)


Cash donations will be also be shared.


Note: Family Promise of Greater Rockingham County stopped taking donations in May 2017. This is the reason they are not a Turkey Trot supported charity this year.
